Instructions for Judicial Candidate Questionnaire Submission

Thank you for your interest in seeking endorsement from the Orange County Chapter of the Iranian American Bar Association (IABA-OC). Please carefully review the following instructions before completing and submitting your Judicial Candidate Questionnaire.

Submission Guidelines

1. Answer Format:

Please provide short and concise responses to each question in the space provided. If additional space is needed, you may attach a separate document.

2. Supporting Documents:

Along with your completed questionnaire, please upload the following documents as applicable:

• Personal Data Questionnaire (PDQ) submitted to the appointing authority.

• Judicial application submitted to the Governor’s Office, JNE Commission, or other relevant appointing body.

• Endorsements received from any affiliate, affinity, or other bar associations.

• Letters of Recommendation (LORs) from legal professionals, judges, or community leaders.

• Any other relevant materials that support your candidacy for judicial appointment.

3. Submission Process:

This form is intended to easily upload PDF versions of the IABA application.

You may access a copy of the PDF application for review and completion from here.

Your submission will be reviewed by the IABA-OC Judicial Evaluations Committee.

Candidates may be invited for an interview as part of the evaluation process.
